Reiki Level 1 is a welcoming introduction to Reiki, energy awareness and self-practice with Stephanie of Fuinneamh Wellness, through Connemara Holistic College. No previous experience is needed. Come for your own personal development and wellbeing, or take a first step towards further Reiki training.
You will learn in a small, supportive group, with time to ask questions, reflect and practise throughout the two days.
The history and principles of Reiki.
An introduction to energy awareness and the chakra system.
Self-Reiki and building your own practice.
How to give a full Reiki treatment and practise with friends and family.
Meditation, breathwork and grounding.
Energy protection, ethics and personal boundaries.
Your Reiki Level 1 attunement and initiation, a course manual or practitioner workbook, a Level 1 certificate and plenty of hands-on practice.
